About us
We are a volunteer led, not for profit community group. Our core purpose is to improve access to local community events and activities for residents of Market Drayton and the surrounding area. We achieve this by working in partnership with the community, voluntary groups, and local authorities to promote and provide social, recreational, educational, wellbeing and leisure facilities.
A recent addition to MDCE umbrella groups is The Chatterbox, led by Catherine Swinnerton which offers personalised and emotional support for children and young people aged 5 - 16 years by providing a safe and welcoming environment to explore feelings, build confidence and develop ways to manage everyday challenges"
